The Ministry of Water Resources issued the "Notice of the Ministry of Water Resources on Strengthening In-process and Ex-post Supervision to Standardize the Independent Acceptance of Water and Soil Conservation Facilities in Production Projects" (Shuibao (2017) No. 365) and the "Notice of the Independent Acceptance Procedures for Water and Soil Conservation Facilities in Production and Construction Projects (Trial)" ( The Office of Soil and Water Conservation (2018) No. 133) has specific provisions and requirements for production and construction units to independently carry out acceptance inspection of water and soil conservation facilities.



In accordance with the provisions of the above documents, Yongxin County Haiying New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. organized and held the soil and water conservation facility acceptance inspection of the Yongxin County Gaoshi Township 100MW (first phase 20MW) ground photovoltaic power generation project in Yongxin County on August 21, 2020 At the meeting, a soil and water conservation facility acceptance group was established. The acceptance team consists of the construction unit Yongxin County Haiying New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., the soil and water conservation plan preparation unit Ji'an Yishui Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., the construction unit Hunan Xinghua Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. Xiangtan Branch, and the supervision unit Jiujiang Petrochemical Engineering Construction Supervision Co., Ltd., the monitoring unit Ji'an Ganyuan Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., the soil and water conservation facility acceptance report preparation unit Ji'an Ganyuan Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. and other representatives. The acceptance team believed that the water and soil conservation plan and approval document requirements were implemented during the implementation of the 100MW (first phase 20MW) ground photovoltaic power generation project in Gaoshi Township, Yongxin County, and the tasks of preventing and controlling water and soil loss were completed. The water and soil loss prevention and control indicators reached the level determined by the water and soil conservation plan. The target value meets the conditions for acceptance of soil and water conservation facilities. The acceptance team unanimously believed that the soil and water conservation facilities of the 100MW (phase 1 20MW) ground photovoltaic power generation project in Gaoshi Township, Yongxin County passed the acceptance inspection. After deliberation by the acceptance group and the meeting, the "Acceptance Appraisal of Soil and Water Conservation Facilities for the 100MW Gaoshi Township Yongxin County (First Phase 20MW) Ground Photovoltaic Power Generation Project" was formed.
